
Todays weight is 370.6 pounds. My current game plan is to eat keto and omad. I am at day two of that. I am doing ok. I get up to go to the bathroom about 4 times a night sometimes more. So I was watching Dr. Berg and he said that by eating keto and stopping eating drinking by 6pm each night that in a few days it would eventually strengthen my ability to sleep thru the night. So thats basically a daily dry fast I try to do at least 12 hours a day.
