  • 1 cup ice
  • 7 oz canned unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free sweetener
  • 3/4 cup low carb plain yogurt

Add ingredients to a blender

To a blender, add ice, yogurt, coconut milk, Pina colada extract and sugar free sweetener.
