- Sugar snap peas (fresh, not frozen)
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Black pepper
- Sea salt
- Garlic powder
How to Make Roasted Sugar Snap Peas {Quick Overview}

Rinse and dry the sugar snap peas. (Photo 1)
Add the sugar snap peas to a mixing bowl and pour olive oil on top. Toss to coat.
Add remaining ingredients (Photo 2) and toss again until the peas are evenly coated. (Photo 3)
Place on a baking sheet in a single layer. (Photo 4)
