Then as my focus shifted lower-carb cooking and eating, I mentioned in the recipe notes that you could switch out the rice in that casserole for cauliflower rice.
And finally I tried that variation on the recipe after and making this new Low-Carb Deconstructed Stuffed Cabbage Casserole a few times to get it right I was so happy to share it on the site, and it was also a huge hit.
