How To Make Copycat Egglife Wraps

Heat a skillet over medium-low heat, adding a bit of fat in the form of avocado oil, olive oil, or tallow.

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium until you see foam. The mixture should be foamy, but pourable.

Pour a thing layer of the batter in the preheated skillet, and let cook for 1-2 minutes, before gently flipping with a large spatula.

You’ll know the copycat egglife wraps are ready to flip when the edges start to curl very gently.

Cook an additional 2 minutes on the opposite side then remove from the heat to cool. 

Cooling on a wire rack is best, but a paper towel will also work.
